Mobile Communications America (MCA) in Richmond, VA is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate data division initiatives for the In-Building Wireless Solutions team. The role requires coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure projects stay on scope, schedule, and budget.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in project coordination/management, DAS experience, and proficiency with ERP reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination/management.
• 3-5 years of experience in relevant technology B2B industry.
• DAS experience highly preferred.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects or teams.
• Proficient with ERP systems and developing reports for management review.
• Experience with public safety, cellular infrastructure, or related systems is a plus.
• PMP or working towards PMP is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and prioritize for self, teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.
• Provide solutions to basic project issues with limited guidance.
• Track project activities against schedule and milestones.
• Develop reports for management review.
