Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the program execution for ourData Accessibility strategy.
• Manage large-scaledata migration projects from mainframe (DB2) and open systems (Oracle, SQL Server) toAWS cloud.
• Ensure successful ETL processes, data governance, and integration of disparate data sources.
• Collaborate with teams to implement data quality, governance, and compliance initiatives.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Leadership and program management experience inagile environments.
• Understanding ofdata integrity, security, and regulatory compliancein multi-customer environments.
• Familiarity withdatabase technologies(DB2, Oracle, SQL Server) anddata modeling concepts.
• Experience indata curation, cleansing, and transformationfor high-quality, consumable data assets.
• Working knowledge ofAWS servicessuch as S3, Redshift, Glue, and RDS.
• Ability to discuss technical trade-offs and dependencies with stakeholders.
