Job summary

Partnership HealthPlan of California is seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Manager to lead the Data Warehouse Team and drive the architecture and BI framework aligned with organizational goals.

The role requires strong SQL/Oracle skills, data warehousing expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions. You will mentor staff, develop ETL designs, and ensure data integrity across enterprise assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required; Master’s preferred; five plus (5+) years systems analysis experience with a focus on enterprise data warehousing.
• Knowledge of databases including MS SQL Server, Oracle and Business Objects.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, data marts, OLAP, ROLAP, and MOLAP.
• Significant knowledge of HealthEdge and AMISYS is a plus.
• Understands Data Warehouse design concepts, should know Kimball methodology.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the Data Warehouse Team, providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Develops requirements and designs for the data warehouse solutions with input from the business.
• Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation and a roadmap for the data warehouse.
• Ensures the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of enterprise data assets.
• Oversees the development and maintenance of SSIS packages to support ETL processes within the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
