Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science or related discipline.
• Five years of relevant experience in data management, data architecture, data integration, business intelligence, and data warehousing.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and multiple stakeholders across campus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of university-wide data warehouse and BI services.
• Coordinate business processes between ITS and campus partners; facilitate incident, problem management, and performance analysis.
• Manage end-to-end solution development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Plan, prioritize, and supervise team activities ensuring resources meet standards and timelines.
• Analyze performance, document resolutions, and implement continuous improvements across data systems.
