Job summary

DataLab USA in Germantown, MD is seeking a data analyst/programmer to develop database systems and support client objectives through data analysis, modeling, and management. The role requires strong SQL, OO design knowledge (C++ or Python a plus), and the ability to translate high-level instructions into automated processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field is required.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong SQL skills and data tooling experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Experience translating high-level instructions into executable processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop production scripts, tables, stored procedures, views, and functions.
• Develop quality control for production/campaign tasks.
• Develop automated reporting.
• Set up data warehousing metadata and ETL feeds.
• Build data utilization routines and perform data extractions.
• Troubleshoot and document production processes.
