Maverick Technology Partners in MetroWest Boston is hiring a Data Warehouse Analyst/Engineer for a full-time hybrid role. You’ll combine business systems analysis with hands-on data work, partnering with the internal development team to understand MES/ERP systems and own data issues end-to-end.

Day-to-day work includes data cleansing, dashboard-building, troubleshooting, and ongoing BSA duties: requirements gathering, writing specifications, and ticket triage as priorities shift.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience as BSA and/or Data Analyst with demonstrated data issue resolution.
• Manufacturing experience with MES and ERP systems.
• Experience with Power BI, Databricks, Fivetran or similar ETL tools.
• Ability to trace data end-to-end and understand data lineage through ETL to reporting.
• Experience building dashboards/reports in BI tools (Power BI preferred).
• Strong requirements gathering and technical spec-writing skills.
• Flexible/adaptable mindset, able to shift between data work and BSA duties.
• Onsite work 4 days/week in MetroWest Boston.

Our Manufacturing client in MetroWest Boston has a Full-Time Job opportunity for a Data Warehouse Analyst / Engineer

This is a hybrid role combining Business Systems Analysis with hands-on data work. You'll partner directly with the internal development team, gain a deep understanding of the company's ERP and a fully custom, in-house-built manufacturing execution system (MES), and take ownership of data issues end-to-end — not just flagging problems, but diagnosing and resolving them. Day-to-day work will initially lean data-heavy (cleansing, dashboard-building, troubleshooting), with BSA responsibilities — requirements gathering, spec writing, ticket triage — as an ongoing part of the role that may grow over time.

Must Haves

• 5+ years of hands-on Business Systems Analyst and/or Data Analyst experience, with a track record of personally troubleshooting and resolving data or system issues
• Manufacturing experience - MES and ERP systems
• Ideal experience would be with Power BI, Databricks, Fivetran and ETL (similar experience is ok)
• Demonstrated ability to trace data end-to-end — understanding where data lives, how it's cleaned, and how it flows through ETL layers into reporting
• Experience building dashboards and reports using any BI tool (Power BI preferred; Tableau or similar also welcome)
• Strong requirements-gathering and technical spec-writing skills
• A flexible, adaptable mindset — comfortable moving fluidly between data work and BSA/support responsibilities as priorities shift
• Comfortable working in a still-evolving, not-yet-fully-built environment
• Able to work onsite 4 days/week in MetroWest Boston
