Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data analytics professional to analyze data, build pipelines, and develop interactive dashboards using Foundry, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. You will work with clients to understand questions, transform data, and deliver insights to stakeholders.

The role requires proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and experience with data visualization and dashboard development across multiple platforms. Collaboration with business groups is essential for accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficient in data analysis, visualization, and pipeline engineering with Python, R, SQL, and Foundry.
• Able to develop interactive dashboards and present insights to stakeholders.
• Experience with DoD data systems and military terms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data, recognizing and investigating data quality and different data types, structures, and relationships
• Create charts and visualizations using basic design principles
• Execute data transformation stages and engineer data pipelines
• Manipulate and analyze data using Python, R, or SQL
• Build or maintain data pipelines in Foundry with Code Repository
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Foundry, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
• Work closely with clients to understand their questions and needs
• Collaborate with business analysts, users, and different business groups to clarify requirements and address reporting and dashboard needs
• Guide teammates and lead development of algorithms and systems
• Use data science tools and frameworks to turn disparate data into objective answers for client decision-making
• Communicate data insights to business stakeholders
