Job summary

Sigil Partners in Houston is seeking a Data Visualization & Analytics Engineer to join our data management team. You will design dashboards and analytics experiences, translate business questions into visual solutions, and deliver web-based analytics components.

You will embed dashboards, collaborate with development teams, apply AI-driven insights, and uphold usability, adoption standards, while exploring new visualization technologies to create impactful business insights.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience in complex organizations.
Proficiency in designing clear, intuitive dashboards and data experiences.
Interest in applying AI within analytics and visualization.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and interactive analytics applications that communicate insights clearly and effectively across groups.
Translate business questions and data patterns into intuitive visualizations and user-friendly analytics experiences.
Develop and maintain web-based analytics solutions, including embedded dashboards and lightweight applications.
Partner with development teams to ensure data is structured and exposed to support visualization.
Identify trends and anomalies and present findings through data storytelling.
Establish and promote standards for dashboard design, usability, and visual consistency.
