The Citco Group Limited is seeking a Data Analyst within the Data Transformation team to help digitize the client experience and drive data capabilities. You will analyze business needs, document requirements, and ensure timely delivery of data solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, engineering, finance, economics, or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, C++, VBA, Qlik, Tableau, and/or Power BI.
• Project management skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Excellent communication skills relaying business concepts to technology teams.
• Knowledge of Atlassian products is a plus.
• Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Product Owner a plus.
• Familiarity with AWS is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong visual communication skills (PowerPoint, Visio).

Responsabilidades

• Support Data Transformation team to digitize the client experience and meet data needs.
• Analyze and document business needs; ensure functionality is built and delivered timely.
• Work with Citgo platform owners and understand system data and architecture.
• Partner with business groups to identify tactical and strategic data needs.
• Create and maintain documentation repository for data integration projects.
• Coordinate with technology groups for planning, implementation and deployment.
• Build data or analytics solutions for business teams using platforms available to our team.
• Define, sponsor and steer development initiatives with the business.
• Create and refine backlog of user stories aligned with business objectives.
• Influence and guide technology, project management and operations teams in solution delivery.
• Contribute to product vision and align roadmap to strategic goal.
• Keep abreast of market trends/direction and competitors; collaborate with other product teams.
• Prioritize product enhancements with Product Manager and stakeholders.
