Job summary

SMX in Hawaii seeks a Technical Integration & Data Management SME to drive OAI lifecycle leadership and align SOCPAC enterprise data across systems. You will guide staff through planning, preparation, execution, and assessment while orchestrating data migrations from C2IE to MAVEN/MSS and enhancing data visualization for decision support.

This role requires DoD TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship. You will chair the SOCPAC Tech Integration Working Group, enforce DM/KM business rules, train staff

Qualifications

• DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• KM and DM principles knowledge.
• Proven cross-functional leadership.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with C2IE and MSS.

Responsibilities

• OAI lifecycle leadership across planning, preparation, execution and assessment.
• Oversee data migration and interoperability from C2IE to MAVEN/MSS.
• Organize and drive the SOCPAC Tech Integration Working Group.
• Establish, enforce and maintain DM/KM business rules across the command.
• Scrub data for quality and develop visualization schemes to support decision making.
• Provide training on enterprise systems (C2IE, MSS) and data management best practices.
• Liaise with USINDOPACOM for upgrades and issue resolution.
• Provide surge support to CSOCC as required.
