Job summary

New Mexico State University is seeking a Data Management Specialist to join the Administration and Finance team in Las Cruces, NM. You will support the administration of key business systems, including Jaggaer and the Wells Fargo/PCard system, and provide data and reporting support for the Aggie Service Center.

Standard work hours are Monday–Friday, 8–5, and the position offers the opportunity to contribute to NMSU's mission in a dynamic university environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience with data and reporting in a university environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration of business systems applications including Jaggaer and Wells Fargo/PCard.
• Pull data from systems to review, troubleshoot errors, and ensure user security is current.
• Provide system troubleshooting support for the Aggie Service Center and assist with data reporting.
• Serve as a resource for project teams as new system needs are identified and implemented.
