Job summary

New Mexico State University in Las Cruces is seeking a Data Management Specialist to support administration of business systems and data reporting. You will manage Jaggaer modules, Wells Fargo/PCard systems, and related applications, ensuring data integrity and user security.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree + 2 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree.
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Preferred Experience: One (1) year of experience related to the job duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration of Business systems applications including Jaggaer (all modules) and Wells Fargo/PCard systems; review data, troubleshoot errors, and ensure user security.
• Provide system troubleshooting support for the Aggie Service Center and assist with data and reporting needs.
• Serve as a resource for project teams as new system needs are identified and implemented.
