This mid-level, solutions-oriented role bridges between business operations and technology, enabling scalable system solutions and improved workflows with cross-functional collaboration. You will design dashboards, manage access, and translate requirements into reliable, automated processes to drive efficiency.
Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in business systems or data management.
Experience with low-code/no-code platforms.
Strong understanding of data structures, reporting, and workflow design.
Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain internal business systems, including configuration, enhancements, and user support.
Design and improve workflows, automations, and operational processes.
Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across platforms.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance metrics.
Manage user access, permissions, and system governance.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution.
Support integrations between systems (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, APIs, or other platforms).
Document system processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and increased automation.
Assist with onboarding and training users on systems and tools.
