Turning Point Ministries is seeking a Data Systems Specialist to support operational data processing, reporting, and automation.

You will manage inbound order and donor data, develop SQL Server ETL processes, and create Power BI reports to enable data-driven decisions. This role collaborates with Finance, Customer Service, and Media, maintains documentation, and supports month-end workflows.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in data processing or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, T-SQL and SSIS for ETL tasks.
• Experience developing Power BI reports and data models.

Responsibilities

• Scrub, validate, and process orders and donor data.
• Develop and maintain SSIS packages and SQL Server processes.
• Create and validate Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Finance/Accounting, Customer Service, and Media teams.
• Maintain documentation and support month-end scripts.
