Job summary

You will assist with report development, dashboard creation, and data analysis, gaining hands-on experience with Power BI, Infor Birst, Infor CSI, and Mongoose.

The role focuses on analytical work, process improvement, and collaboration with IT and business teams to drive actionable insights and efficiency across operations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or Software Development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining reports within Power BI, Infor Birst, and Infor CSI.
• Create, modify, and enhance dashboards and KPI visualizations.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and exceptions.
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests from management and operational teams.
• Assist in validating and reconciling data to ensure reporting accuracy.
