Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Systems Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain reliable infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The role emphasizes SQL, Python, and Power BI for data modeling, automation, and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of SQL and data modeling experience, 2+ years in ETL/ELT development, and familiarity with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric or Azure Databricks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Engineering, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries and working with data models.
• 2+ years of experience developing and maintaining ETL/ELT processes.
• Experience with modern data platforms including Microsoft Fabric or similar cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain reliable, secure, scalable infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to automate operations and improve performance.
• Support incident response and capacity planning.
• Build and support ETL/ELT pipelines and data models.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data models using Power BI.
