Job summary

Bluprynt is building a compliance data platform for tokenized assets. We seek a Data Systems Engineer to own architecture, write code daily, and deliver scalable data pipelines that connect off-chain compliance with on-chain identity and policy.

Strong English communication and EST-hours alignment are required. The role spans technical foundation, blockchain/Web3, leadership, and AI automation, with multi-source data ingestion, registry design, and integration across external providers.

Qualifications

Strong Python engineering for data-intensive systems and backend services.
Experience with TypeScript/Node.js for scalable API design.
Relational data modeling and multi-tenant schemas.
Designing ETL/ELT pipelines from diverse data sources.
Versioned taxonomies and structured vocabularies.
Reading/writing to on-chain registries and understanding gas.
Ability to manage external engineering teams and set product roadmaps.
Comfort with shipping V1 and iterating in production.
Experience in AI agent orchestration and automated QA.
Familiarity with regulatory tech (KYC/AML) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own data platform architecture and delivery in a hands-on role.
