Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in data/analytics fields
• 6–10 years in Development, Operations, Business Systems, or Analytics roles
• Strong proficiency with SQL, advanced Excel, and Power BI
• Experience with ERP systems and operational data structures
• Ability to design repeatable, scalable data workflows
• Familiarity with Python, VBA, or low-code automation
• Process mapping and redesign (Visio)
• Clear communication and facilitation skills
• Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, or finance workflows

Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, and model data from ERP and legacy systems for reporting and analytics
• Develop small automation scripts/workflows (Python, VBA, Power Automate)
• Build and support dashboards, reports, KPIs across ERP/BI tools
• Ensure reporting consistency via governance and documentation
• Maintain process flows, SOPs, and technical data artifacts
• Provide training on reporting tools and data responsibilities
