Responsibilities

  • Configure and troubleshoot ODBC connections between applications and data sources.
  • Assist users with Access form design, macro creation, and data management.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and create knowledge base articles.
  • Perform regular database maintenance, and integrity checks.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand data requirements.
  • Train end-users on database tools and best practices.
  • Monitor database performance and identify optimization opportunities.
