Responsibilities

Provide first and second-level technical support for desktop and database-related issues.

Write, modify, and optimize Access/SQL queries for reporting and data retrieval.
Configure and troubleshoot ODBC connections between applications and data sources.
Assist users with Access form design, macro creation, and data management.
