Job summary

Community Health Resources (CHR) is seeking a Data Support Associate for CHR Support in Windsor, CT. This part-time, 20 hours/week role is a hybrid position with potential for remote work, schedule Monday–Friday 9:00am–1:00pm.

Responsibilities include data maintenance, batch data submission, data quality oversight, and coordination with staff and leadership. Requires a High School diploma and 3+ years of clinical/research data entry experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• At least three years of data entry experience in clinical or research settings.
• Knowledge of database management and data quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state reporting requirements for assigned systems.
• Draw and audit data for batch submission and communicate with staff and leadership.
• Manually enter data into outside systems as required.
• Review data quality between CHR’s EHR and state databases and act on improvements.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with agency standards.
• Participate in staff meetings, supervision and trainings.
