KENT WORLDWIDE™ is seeking a Data Support Analyst Intern in Muscatine, IA to assist the Sales Support Specialist Intern program with data management, reporting, and coordination. You’ll track customer activity, analyze program performance, and transform data into actionable insights.

This paid internship offers hands-on learning in sales operations, CRM reporting, and business analytics while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant data analytics or business analytics program.
• Strong interest in data analysis, reporting, and sales operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; data visualization experience is a plus.
• Comfort working with CRM systems or databases and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and analytical support to the Sales Support Specialist Intern program.
• Compile, clean, and maintain data related to customer visits, training sessions, and engagement activity.
• Develop recurring and ad-hoc reports to track intern activity, customer reach, and program effectiveness.
• Support CRM data entry accuracy by reviewing submissions and following up on gaps.
• Create dashboards or summaries for National Account and Regional Sales Managers.
• Analyze trends and insights related to training participation, feedback, and opportunity indicators.
• Assist with scheduling, resource tracking, and documenting intern field activity.
• Maintain organized records supporting sales initiatives and program outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to support reporting needs.
• Represent KENT WORLDWIDE™ professionally in internal communications.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current college student pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field
• Strong interest in data analysis, reporting, and sales operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools a plus
• Comfort working with CRM systems or databases (or strong aptitude to learn)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently in a remote environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights

TRAVEL EXPECTED:

• 0-5% for training/onboarding, meetings
