Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Reporting & Analytics: Assist with creating reports, analyzing sales and advertising performance, and identifying trends that help the team make better business decisions across key eCommerce channels.
• Digital Marketing Support: Help monitor and optimize digital advertising campaigns by reviewing performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and learning how marketing investments drive business results.
• Retailer & Business Support: Partner with team members to support day-to-day eCommerce operations, retailer initiatives, promotions, and cross-functional projects that improve the customer experience.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Research industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging eCommerce tools to uncover insights and opportunities that support business growth.

Education, Experience And/Or Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business with a focus on Marketing and/or E-commerce.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Data management and analysis.
• Familiarity with design software (Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
• Ability to communicate effectively and stay organized.
• Ability to bring enthusiasm to teamwork.
• Previous E-Commerce experience or equivalent coursework is preferred
