Job summary

Kard is seeking a data analyst to fulfill internal data and reporting requests, collaborating with Sales and cross-functional teams. You will leverage SQL, Databricks, Count, and spreadsheets to deliver accurate answers and maintain data quality.

Ideal candidates translate ambiguous questions into clear analytical requirements, troubleshoot data issues, and create reusable reports and documentation while upholding a service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, analytics support, or data operations.
• Strong SQL skills for answering business questions and troubleshooting.
• Experience with modern data and analytics tools; familiarity with Databricks or Count is a plus.
• Strong spreadsheet skills including data validation, lookups, and pivot tables.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear analytical requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and a service-oriented approach.
