Job summary

Logoslabs is hiring a Data Studio Lead in San Francisco to own end-to-end data delivery, labeling workflows, and quality assurance for customer datasets. You will build and lead a team responsible for scalable data pipelines, annotation tools, and data solutions that power AI-driven design and manufacturing workflows.

The role requires hands-on experience in mechanical design, CAD tools, and strong leadership across product, research, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Domain expertise in manufacturing design.
• Hands-on CAD experience with SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX, or Creo.
• Experience leading and growing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own data operations, delivery, and quality metrics across datasets.
• Build and lead a Data Studio team and establish repeatable data workflows.
• Collaborate with product, research, and engineering to define data needs for models.
• Interface with customers to understand data structures and quality expectations.
• Define SLAs, accuracy targets, and quality definitions for datasets.
• Drive data tooling and internal UI improvements to support customers.
