Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is hiring a Vice President in the Data Strategy Team within CCOR data management. You will lead data product initiatives that support governance, risk management, and analytics; coordinating with CCOR leaders, ML, analytics, and technology teams to enable AI/ML driven innovation.

You will drive data quality and risk mitigation while guiding delivery across centralized platforms critical to CCOR data strategy. A strong data leadership background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or equivalent in data-centric field.
• Minimum 5 years in data management, governance, or analytics.
• Proven leadership and delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Strong data protection, quality, and lifecycle knowledge.
• Excellent communication to technical and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in large-scale data lake/warehousing projects.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more CCOR data product lines, translate requirements, design, test plans, and oversee delivery.
• Lead projects, mitigate risks, and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate to document data meaning and metadata for governance.
• Develop processes to monitor and mitigate data risks across the lifecycle.
• Partner with CDO and tech teams on data tooling and processes.
• Create prototypes for data visualization, analytics, and automation with CCOR teams.
• Communicate data issues clearly to maintain integrity and trust.
• Guide and mentor staff on data-related initiatives.
