Bank of America is seeking a GRM Data Strategy Integration & Coordination Executive in Jersey City to translate data priorities into actionable plans. You will lead data strategy, operating models, and enterprise alignment across GRM's data agenda, coordinating with risk, technology, enterprise data and control functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 15+ years of experience in data management, risk management, analytics, or related transformations.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment.
• Deep expertise in data strategy, governance, quality, metadata, lineage and controls.
• Experience leading large-scale data modernization initiatives.
