The OpportunityData Operations is an important function connecting systems across the business helping Sales Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success to present accurate metrics to executive leadership. The Data Operations and Strategy Manager will work within the Sales Operations team to build out Abnormal Security’s data operations program, set the GTM data quality strategy, and serve as a steward of the data as it revolves around our CRM, and other sales systems.
In this role, you will own the processes in which data flows in and out of our systems, ensure health and accuracy of the data we rely on to manage the business, and create analytics to maintain data standards. You will also partner with cross functional teams to review and assess enhancements to our systems which will impact our data programs. As the primary owner of our data strategy you will support the output of data through reporting and dashboarding best practices.
