Job summary

SC&H is seeking a Manager to join and grow our Data Strategy & Governance (DSG) practice. You will lead cross-functional teams delivering data strategy, governance, and analytics capabilities for blue-chip clients.

In this hands-on role, you will define requirements, design solutions, and guide implementation across data platforms, sourcing, and analytics. Travel to client sites will be required as needed to drive success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields with strong academic record.
• 6+ years of consulting experience in data strategy, transformation, or technology implementations.
• Strong communication skills to convey strategy to diverse audiences.
• Experience with project management methodologies and SDLC.
• Ability to lead teams and manage time, with initiative and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team-based environment delivering data strategy, governance, and solutions for clients.
• Lead business development, thought leadership, recruiting, and training for DSG and related teams.
• Translate client strategy into operational or technical requirements.
• Manage engagement plans and provide regular status updates with clients.
• Define capabilities, build frameworks, processes, and tools for data strategy and governance.
• Develop client deliverables in Word, Visio, PowerPoint with clear storytelling.
