Job summary

The Alliance for Children’s Rights in Los Angeles seeks an Associate Director of Data and Evaluation to drive data strategy, program evaluation, and evidence-based decision making across the organization for greater impact.

In this exempt, full-time role, you will design data collection systems, monitor outcomes, report to staff and leadership, and cultivate a culture of learning that strengthens advocacy and service delivery for youth and families.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in data and program evaluation with leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s is preferred.
• Experience with data management systems and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead data strategy and evaluation efforts to improve program impact.
• Develop data collection systems and monitoring processes.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and report findings.
• Oversee data quality, integrity, and reporting to leadership and funders.
• Coordinate with staff to meet evaluation goals and timeline
• Assess LegalServer and other databases; design relevant reports
