Job summary

The Alliance for Children’s Rights in Los Angeles seeks an Associate Director of Data and Evaluation to lead data strategy, program evaluation, and outcome reporting. This exempt, full-time role collaborates with Legal and Program Services to turn data into actionable insights that inform growth and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in a data and program evaluation role.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with data management systems; Legal Server a plus.

• Enhance evaluation culture and capacity across the organization.
• Design data collection and reporting processes to measure impact.
• Manage and analyze qualitative and quantitative evaluation results.
• Oversee data monitoring systems for accuracy and integrity.
