Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the Sales team to translate questions into data-backed insights.
• Analyze large datasets to surface trends, performance indicators and opportunities.
• Build dashboards and reports (Power BI/Tableau) for leaders' decisions.
• Support enterprise data strategy: data quality, governance, accessibility, and documentation.
• Maintain data dictionaries, metadata, lineage, and classification frameworks.
• Translate complex findings for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Help design and optimize data pipelines and analytical models with Data Engineering.
• Support data validation, quality checks, and issue resolution.
• Contribute to initiatives in risk modeling, portfolio analytics, and operational automation.
• Evaluate and implement new data tools and vendor solutions.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data strategy, or consulting (financial services or lending experience a strong plus).
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Sharp analytical instincts with genuine attention to detail.
• The ability to make data speak plainly — to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
• A curious, outgoing, enterprising personality — someone energized by working closely with a sales team, not just a spreadsheet.
