7Seventy is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own and advance our business intelligence and operational reporting environment. You will design and maintain Looker dashboards and data models, ensure data quality, and manage end-to-end connectivity between Snowflake and Looker to support real-time decision-making.

You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, Data Science, Product, and leadership to deliver reliable reporting and rapid insights, while contributing to an AI/agentic reporting layer

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience contributing to data analytics, business intelligence, or data science projects.
• Professional experience using Looker, including LookML, dashboard design, and data modeling.
• Professional experience writing code using Python, Git, and similar development tools.

Responsibilities

• Apply strong data analysis judgment to uncover insights within a complex title insurance and real estate domain.
• Own, build, and maintain Looker dashboards and data models used by Operations, Finance, and Data Science.
• Manage connectivity between Snowflake, other source data, and Looker, including the pipelines, data models, and integrations required to keep reporting accurate and current.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Looker across the organization by managing requests, triaging issues, and establishing standards for dashboard development.
• Oversee data quality and data provenance across the reporting layer.
• Deliver timely operational insights supporting SLAs, exception management, escalations, hands-on time reporting, turnaround times, and vendor management.
• Design and help build an agentic reporting layer on top of existing data so business users can self-serve ad hoc analytical requests that do not require long-term dashboards.
• Work hands-on with AI reporting agents while helping ensure responses remain grounded in accurate underlying data.
• Develop a strong understanding of title insurance and real estate data to support accurate analysis and reporting.

Compensation: $92,000–$120,000 base salary per year

This opportunity is for a Senior Data Analyst who will own and advance the business intelligence and operational reporting environment used for real-time decision-making. The role is responsible for Looker dashboards and data models, operational metrics, data quality and provenance, and the end-to-end connectivity between Snowflake, other source data, and Looker.

The position partners with Operations, Finance, Data Science, Product, and senior leadership to deliver reliable reporting and rapid analytical insights. It also contributes to the development of an AI/agentic reporting layer that enables business users to self-serve ad hoc questions using the same trusted underlying data.

What You'll Do

Required Experience

• 3–5 years of experience contributing to data analytics, business intelligence, or data science projects.
• Professional experience using Looker, including LookML, dashboard design, and data modeling.
• Professional experience writing code using Python, Git, and similar development tools.

Required Skills

• Advanced SQL skills, including the ability to write complex joins and work effectively with analytical data.
• Ability to build and maintain reliable business intelligence dashboards and data models in Looker.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders across Operations, Product, and senior leadership.
• Strong analytical judgment and the ability to form well-reasoned perspectives on data, reporting, and analytical practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building, configuring, or working with AI/LLM-based reporting agents or similar agentic analytics tools, including prompt design, pipeline setup, and techniques for grounding agents in accurate underlying data.
• Experience owning data pipelines or connectivity between a data warehouse such as Snowflake and a business intelligence platform such as Looker.
• Experience working with risk, real estate, title, and/or insurance data.
• Experience owning data quality or data governance for a business intelligence platform at scale.
