Job summary

International Monetary Fund is seeking a Data Dissemination Officer to lead CD data dissemination, governance, and analytics. You will drive high-quality data products, dashboards, and reporting solutions to support decision-making across the Fund.

The role combines data analytics, BI leadership, and stakeholder engagement, advising management on data-related matters and advancing CD data practices. Collaboration across teams and mentoring junior staff are key components.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in programming/systems, CS, statistics, finance, mathematics, economics, or related field, plus 4+ years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor plus 10+ years of relevant experience.
Alternative: 2+ years in a related role at Grade A10 or equivalent.
Strong experience in data analytics, BI, information management, or data governance.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the dissemination and day-to-day management of CD data products, reports, and dashboards.
Oversee data governance, metadata management, and data quality standards.
Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights for strategic planning.
Design, enhance, and maintain enterprise reporting solutions using Power BI and related tech.
Promote automation and modernization of CD data reporting and dissemination processes.
Collaborate with business owners and data platform teams to improve CD data accessibility.
Prepare briefing materials and analytical reports for management and governance bodies.
Lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor junior staff.
