Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years delivering Data & Analytics projects using cloud technologies.
• Proven corporate accounts management experience.
• Strong communication, leadership and collaboration skills.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Deep understanding of cloud-based data architectures and data value chain.
• Experience coaching and developing team members for upskilling.
• Practical experience integrating generative AI to boost productivity and delivery outcomes.
• Experience leading large teams (>10 people).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary accountable leader for Propelling Tech within assigned corporate accounts.
• Coordinate, manage, and align multiple workstreams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery against milestones.
• Lead and develop diverse teams with tailored learning and career development plans.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement AI-driven methods to improve productivity and performance.
• Understand client needs and proactively propose Propelling Tech solutions for growth.
• Prioritize and shape new business opportunities aligned with client objectives and firm strategy.
• Deliver presentations to senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
