Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City is seeking a Data Management Specialist to serve as a dedicated subject matter expert for supervisory data. This role focuses on ensuring data reliability and consistency to support analytics, downstream decision-making, and future AI use cases within S&R.

You will advance data governance programs, mature data management processes, and support data policy implementation while collaborating with CDP, CEP, and System IT teams.

Qualifications

Strong communication to non-technical audiences.
Experience in data governance and data quality practices.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key SME for supervisory data to support BI and decision-making.
Define data quality rules, metrics, and monitoring for supervisory data.
Develop subject matter expertise in S&R examination data for data quality standards.
Partner with CDP, CEP, and System IT to build scalable data management solutions.
Provide governance, standards, and tooling guidance for data management.
Support broader data management initiatives and access management policy discussions.
