Job summary

Premier Brands Group Holdings is seeking a Data Steward, Master Data Analyst to maintain and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product and material master data across SAP and related systems. You will support product setup, data governance, system integrations, inventory management, and process improvements while partnering with IT, Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Operations teams.

This role covers master data across Denim, Jewelry and Accessories divisions and requires strong

Qualifications

• Experience in master data management and data governance across ERP systems.
• Proficiency with SAP, preferably S/4HANA, and ERP data management processes.
• Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems and data integrations.
• Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI).
• Understanding of product lifecycle, inventory, and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product, material, vendor, and related master data across SAP and integrated systems.
• Oversee new product and item setup, including attributes, classifications, pricing, and lifecycle updates.
• Ensure data accuracy across ERP, PIM, and related platforms.
• Perform regular data audits, identify discrepancies, and implement corrections.
• Support data governance initiatives and improve documentation.
• Collaborate with IT, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Planning and Operations on launches and replenishment.

Data Steward, Master Data Analyst

Responsible for maintaining and ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product and material master data across SAP and related enterprise systems. Supports product setup, data governance, system integrations, inventory management, and process improvements while partnering with IT, Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product, material, vendor, and related master data across SAP and integrated business systems.


• Oversee new product and item setup, including product attributes, classifications, pricing information, and lifecycle updates.


• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across ERP, Product Information Management (PIM), and related platforms.


• Perform regular data audits, identify discrepancies, and implement corrections to maintain data integrity.


• Support data governance initiatives, including standardizing product information, maintaining data quality, and improving documentation.


• Partner with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Planning, and Operations to support product launches, inventory visibility, and replenishment processes.


• Coordinate master data requirements for new product introductions, updates, and discontinuations.


• Support SAP S/4HANA and related ERP system enhancements, integrations, testing, and upgrades.


• Identify opportunities to automate product setup, data maintenance, and reporting processes.


• Collaborate with IT and business teams to troubleshoot system issues, resolve data discrepancies, and improve workflows.


• Maintain product information across multiple business units, brands, and categories.


• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data tracking tools to support business operations.


• Support data cleansing, migration, validation, and system improvement initiatives.


• Prepare documentation, procedures, and training materials related to master data management.


• Partner cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and system performance.

Position Requirements

Qualifications

• Experience in master data management, data governance, product information management, or related business systems.


• Working knowledge of SAP, preferably S/4HANA, and ERP data management processes.


• Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems and master data integrations.


• Understanding of product lifecycle management, inventory processes, and supply chain operations.


• Experience with data cleansing, validation, reporting, and process improvement.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business reporting tools, including Power BI.


• Familiarity with JD Edwards (JDE), Informatica PIM, or comparable enterprise platforms preferred.


• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate information across multiple systems.


• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with IT and cross-functional business teams.


• Apparel, retail, wholesale, or consumer products industry experience preferred.


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

Salary Range: $70K - $80K*Actual base salary for this role within the above range will be based upon experience, qualifications and/or assigned unit.
