Role Overview

The Data Steward will oversee data quality, manage SAP objects, and coordinate with stakeholders to support data projects. The role requires self-management, adherence to global standards, and active engagement across functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide business process and functional area knowledge to ensure data integrity and risk management.
2. Maintain BOMs in SAP, ensuring compliance with TDS quality standards.
3. Monitor and report on SAP data quality to uphold standards.
4. Coordinate with stakeholders on ongoing data projects.
5. Understand and communicate end-to-end processes related to NPD/EPD within factory operations.
6. Troubleshoot SAP object issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
7. Stay updated on SAP enhancements and system changes.
8. Update local SOPs to reflect new procedures.
9. Support change management initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements.
10. Establish data analytics capabilities to evaluate material creation and enrichment.

Required Experience and Skills

• Experience in business analysis and data management, preferably with SAP and MDG.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and functional areas.
• Proficiency in English and local language.
• IT literacy, organized, analytical, and decisive.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change.
