Key Responsibilities:

  • Database Management and Maintenance: Oversee the organization, maintenance, and security of the firm's databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Responsibilities include data entry, cleaning, and validation.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather data from a variety of sources such as surveys, customer feedback, and other methods. Perform data analysis, derive insights, and generate clear, actionable reports for stakeholders.
  • Data Validation and Quality Assurance: Validate and review datasets to ensure they are accurate and complete. Develop and enforce quality control processes to identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in the data. Work with team members to maintain data consistency across different systems.
  • Data Management Policies and Procedures: Contribute to the creation and implementation of data management policies, ensuring compliance with regulations. This includes developing data governance strategies, privacy protocols, and retention policies.
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Partner with teams across departments such as marketing, IT, and others to understand data needs and objectives. Support data projects, provide expert advice on data management best practices, and ensure that data is utilized effectively to achieve business goals.

Required Skills:

  • Analytical Expertise: Ability to analyze and interpret large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Experience with statistical tools and data analysis software.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry, validation, and management. Excellent organizational skills to handle large datasets effectively.
  • Database Management Proficiency: Experience working with database management software (e.g., Salesforce). Able to extract, manipulate, and query data for analysis.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve data-related issues. Demonstrated initiative in improving data management processes and systems.
  • Strong Communication: Ability to convey complex data findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data usage.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data management, database administration, or a similar role.
  • Experience with data cleansing and enrichment tools.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Strong mathematical, statistical, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
