Job summary

NANA North is seeking a Data Solutions Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise data integration, reporting, analytics, and BI solutions across the organization. This role builds data pipelines, dashboards, data models, and KPIs while collaborating with business users and technical teams, with in‑office work in Anchorage, AK or Phoenix, AZ.

Candidates should have strong SQL, ETL, and BI tooling experience and a customer‑focused mindset, with a willingness to learn new technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five or more years of experience developing and supporting data integration, reporting, analytics, BI, or data management solutions.
• Experience with enterprise data integration solutions automating movement and transformation of data.
• Experience with relational databases, SQL development, and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data integration and transformation processes between enterprise systems.
• Build and support automated data pipelines using databases, APIs, cloud platforms, files, and third-party apps.
• Develop data validation, reconciliation, and quality controls for accurate information.
• Create and maintain source-to-target mappings, data models, workflow docs, and specs.
• Support data governance, metadata management, and data lifecycle practices.
