Requirements

Proven track record with 8+ years of experience in Data Software Engineering Hands-on experience with ClickHouse, Google Cloud Platform, and Python Deep understanding of performance tuning and data analysis for data systems Practical proficiency in Gen AI Assisted Development Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and steer architectural decisions Solid background in benchmarking practices and workload analysis for data systems Advanced proficiency in English (C1+) Nice to have Familiarity with StarRocks and MySQL Knowledge of BigQuery Understanding of Kubernetes and Prometheus
