Job summary

CFCU is seeking a Data Services Manager in Neenah, WI, reporting to the SVP of IT. This role is a player-coach leading data analysts, database professionals, and reporting specialists to deliver accurate, secure data and meaningful insights to the business.

You will oversee data governance, data strategy, database management, data conversion, standards, internal reports, and visualization tools. You’ll ensure clean data delivery to internal and external partners and support enterprise reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; combination of education & experience considered.
• 5+ years of experience with banking data and reporting technologies.
• Ability to develop, improve and document repeatable processes and lead others.
• Certifications such as Certified Analytics Professional are preferred.
• Knowledge of core banking systems and data structures.
• Knowledge of reporting technologies and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Services team with daily and strategic guidance.
• Oversee data governance, data strategy, and database management.
• Ensure secure, reliable data delivery to internal/external partners and vendors.
• Design and maintain data and reporting technologies to support operations.
• Collaborate with staff to improve data support and reporting for business needs.
