Job summary

Community First Credit Union in Neenah, Wisconsin, seeks a Data Services Manager to lead a team of data analysts, database professionals, and reporting specialists, delivering accurate, secure data and insights for the business.

You will guide data governance, oversee data conversion, standards, internal reports, and visualization tools, and partner with vendors to ensure clean data delivery for critical business decisions affecting members and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with practical banking data experience.
• 5+ years of experience with banking system data and reporting tech.
• Ability to document and lead repeatable processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of core banking systems and data structures.
• Familiarity with Oracle, MS SQL, SSRS, SSAS, BI tools, and Big Data.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; effective communication.
• Willingness to travel locally and work irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Services team and provide daily and strategic guidance.
• Provide secure, reliable, efficient, and user-friendly data that supports objectives for CFCU and its members.
• Design, manage and maintain data and reporting technology used to support operations and members.
• Collaborate with staff and external partners to provide data support and improvements.
• Assist in developing strategies and plans for data management and reporting services.
• Assist in system implementation planning by coordinating data needs for reporting.
