Qualifications

• 0-3 years of work experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume call environment is a plus.
• Previous Data Services role experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operations by contributing new ideas.
• Transcribe key data from brokerage statements.
• Utilize translation tools to convert statements into English.
• Coordinate with Data Service Associates on client priorities.
• Conduct routine quality control audits on data entry operations.
