Description

Job Summary:
Repario Data Services, a fast-growing global legal data services organization, is seeking a Data Service Specialist. The specialist will manage specific project components, prepare, process, and perform quality control on electronic data to ensure high-quality results for clients within tight deadlines. This role supports e-discovery services, hosting, and production support within the Data Services Department.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Understand all aspects of eDiscovery and forensics workflows, from data receipt to client delivery and data disposition.
  • Ingest, deduplicate, and apply complex data filtering criteria; upload data to Relativity databases.
  • Process and code data using software such as 4iG, Venlo, Nuix, Relativity, etc.
  • Create databases and load files for document review platforms.
  • Manage media creation and duplication.
  • Collaborate with other departments and support company initiatives.
  • Exercise problem-solving skills and ensure accurate, timely project completion.
  • Identify and implement process improvements with approval.
  • Maintain documentation for project tracking, quality assurance, reporting, and billing.
  • Ensure high-quality, timely delivery to meet client expectations.
  • Proactively address issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Support ongoing professional development.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and influence others within the department.
  • Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed.
  • Learn and master new software quickly.
  • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire for growth.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; technical degree helpful.
  • Certification in platforms like Relativity, Nuix, Reveal Brainspace preferred.
  • 3-5 years of litigation technology experience.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Basic skills in Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn new software and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
  • Strong work ethics, attendance, and commitment to self-improvement.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sit for extended periods, communicate effectively, manipulate files, analyze detailed materials, operate office equipment.
