Job Summary: Repario Data Services is a fast-growing global legal data services organization. The Data Service Specialist will be responsible for preparing, processing, and performing quality control on electronic data to deliver quality results to clients within tight deadlines. This position supports e-discovery services, hosting services, and production support within the Data Services Department.

Role and Responsibilities: The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Understanding all aspects of eDiscovery and forensics workflows.
  • Ingesting, deduplicating, and filtering data; uploading to Relativity databases.
  • Processing and coding data using software such as 4iG, Venlo, Nuix, Relativity.
  • Creating databases and load files for review platforms.
  • Media creation and duplication.
  • Collaborating with other departments and supporting company initiatives.
  • Problem-solving and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.
  • Documenting project details for tracking and reporting.
  • Identifying process improvements and pursuing ongoing professional development.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 3-5 years in litigation technology; familiarity with software like Relativity, Nuix; strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and in teams; attention to detail; flexibility to work nights/weekends; commitment to ongoing growth.

Physical Requirements: Prolonged sitting, communication, manipulating files, reading detailed materials, operating office equipment.
