Essential Functions and Primary Duties

Analyze, transform, model, and visualize data to provide accurate, timely, and actionable insightsDesign, implement, and continuously improve automated processes and scalable data solutionsExecute complex data requests, including data extraction, reconciliations, journal entry testing, and reporting activitiesDevelop, document, test, and maintain processes that ensure data accuracy, integrity, and sustainabilityPartner with engagement teams and business stakeholders to recommend data-driven approaches that support strategic objectivesEvaluate data quality, completeness, and reliability through appropriate due diligence and validation proceduresContribute to the development and enhancement of data tools, methodologies, and best practicesMentor team members, perform peer reviews, and provide guidance on analytics and automation activitiesEducate technical and non-technical stakeholders on data analytics capabilities, limitations, and opportunitiesManage priorities, communicate project status, meet service level commitments, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationPreferred QualificationsExperience with SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, Databricks, Alteryx, Python, AWS, Spark, SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, IDEA, TeamMate, Adobe, or similar platformsExperience designing and implementing automated workflows and scalable data solutionsExperience mentoring team members and reviewing work products for quality and accuracyExperience working in a professional services, consulting, audit, risk, or financial services environmentKnowledge of data governance, data quality management, and analytics best practices Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experienceExperience with data tools (Excel, SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)High proficiency in ExcelUnderstanding of accounting, audit, risk, and financial principlesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in fast-paced environmentsStrong prioritization and organizational skillsMeet deadlines and service level agreements consistentlyExercise independent judgment in matters of significanceCommitment to continuous improvement #LI-AG1 #LI-Remote
