Thales is hiring an experienced Data Security Sales Specialist who will play a vital role in the growth and market penetration of Thales' industry-leading security solutions in the Americas. In this role, you will function as a sales expert in Data, leveraging your product and industry knowledge to attach Thales solutions to our customers' most critical business outcomes. You will utilize your existing relationships and those of the broader Thales organization to identify, qualify, position, and close new opportunities. Success in this role requires excellent solution-based sales techniques and the ability to partner with regional sales teams in a complex, channel-first selling environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Align with Top Accounts at global and regional levels.
  2. Develop and execute a global account strategy to grow overall TCV.
  3. Support top account strategies as a Product and Solution SME.
  4. Present critical business outcomes to client decision-makers.
  5. Construct innovative commercial models and enterprise licensing agreements addressing customer security outcomes.
  6. Maintain a multi-year strategic account plan with the account team, revising as needed.
  7. Communicate Thales and account value propositions to C-Level management.
  8. Establish a quarterly business review cadence with account sponsors.
  9. Maintain regular communication with sales teams across Thales pillars.
  10. Build trusted relationships with customer executives as a business advisor.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of B2B sales experience or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 10 years selling into large enterprise accounts.
  3. Results-driven with ability to meet revenue targets and KPIs.
  4. High ethical standards and trustworthiness.
  5. Adaptability to industry trends and changing strategies.
Additional Skills and Experience
  • Large account management skills, including cross-functional team leadership and strategic planning.
  • Experience in deal structuring, including enterprise license agreements.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with executives and internal teams.
