Family Support Services in Florida is seeking a Security Officer-type role focused on FSFN/CCWIS and Mindshare system administration. The position involves keeping user profiles current, reassigning caseloads, and auditing access for staff handling sensitive child welfare cases.
Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, at least two years of FSFN experience with dependent or high-risk caseloads, and a valid driver’s license.
This position is hybrid and can be based out of our Largo, New Port Richey, Dade City, Yulee, or Jacksonville offices.

The mission of Family Support Services is to be the leader in providing safety, stability, and quality of life for all children by working with the community to strengthen the family unit.
Keep all profiles up to date including adding, deleting and activating users in FSFN/CCWIS and Mindshare. Complete full caseload reassignments in FSFN when Case Managers leave. Quarterly audit of active workers in FSFN to keep profiles current. Pull and disseminate data reports to keep FSFN records up to date. Merge duplicate cases and providers in FSFN.
Education: High School or GED.
Experience: Two or more years experience in FSFN on cases with dependent, emotionally disturbed, or high risk children and their families.
Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration:Valid driver’s license.
