Qualifications

• Two+ years experience in FSFN on cases with dependent, emotionally disturbed, or high-risk children and families.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Keep all profiles up to date in FSFN/CCWIS and Mindshare.
• Complete full caseload reassignments when Case Managers leave.
• Quarterly audit of active workers in FSFN.
• Pull and disseminate data reports to keep FSFN records up to date.
• Merge duplicate cases and providers in FSFN.
• Complete audit on active workers to ensure appropriate access.
