Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in data security, information security, or data protection with leadership experience.
• Expert level in data loss prevention and protection technologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview governance, Entra ID, and data lifecycle concepts.
• Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and US privacy laws.
• Experience developing policy and compliance training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain BW’s Data Security program across IT and business units.
• Define and oversee data loss prevention strategy and privacy controls.
• Govern AI and Copilot access, content sharing, and risk controls.
• Support investigations of data breaches and drive remediation.
• Report security risk and control effectiveness to CIO and IT leadership.
